Delete your AstroAgni account

You can delete your account and its data at any time, for free.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open AstroAgni and go to your Profile.
2. Open Settings and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. You're signed out and deletion starts straight away.

By email

If you can't open the app any more, email support@astroagni.com from the Google account email you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We'll confirm and complete it within 7 days.

What gets deleted

• Your profile: name, email and photo from Google sign-in.
• Your birth details and every family member's kundli you added.
• All chats, ratings, reports, patrikas and palm readings.
• Your wallet balance, including unused credits (they can't be refunded once deleted).
• Push notification tokens and settings.

Photos are never stored on our server, so there are none to delete. Everything above is permanently removed, including from backups, within 30 days.

What we keep

Purchase and transaction records (such as Google Play order IDs, amounts and dates) are kept for up to 8 years where Indian tax and accounting law requires it. They're kept only for that purpose.

Only want to remove some data?

You don't have to delete your whole account. In the app you can delete single chats, remove a person's kundli, or log out (your data stays safe in your account until you log in again).
