Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the AstroAgni app and the website astroagni.com. By signing in or using AstroAgni you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The service

AstroAgni calculates Vedic birth charts and related tools, and lets you chat with AI astrologer personas who answer from those calculations. It also offers paid reports, a full Janam Patrika, written kundli matching and palm readings.

The astrologers are AI

Every astrologer in AstroAgni is an AI persona, and their profile photos are AI-made too. Answers are written by AI models from your kundli calculations. AI can be wrong, incomplete or inconsistent.

Guidance, not advice

Astrology is a traditional belief system. Everything in AstroAgni, including answers, reports, horoscopes, matches and palm readings, is for guidance, reflection and entertainment only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial or investment advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Don't delay or skip professional help because of something you read in the app. If you're in distress, please contact Tele-MANAS on 14416 or emergency services on 112.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity on your account.
  • Only add other people's birth details if you have a right to share them.

Credits and prices

  • You buy credit packs through Google Play; the price in rupees is shown by Google Play before you pay. Packs are one-time purchases: there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
  • Credits never expire. They have no cash value and can't be transferred or withdrawn.
  • Every answer, report and reading has a fixed price in credits, shown before you're charged. There is no per-minute meter.
  • Free credits given when you join can be used only for chat answers.
  • If an answer or reading isn't produced, or a palm photo can't be read, no credits are taken.
  • You can set a daily spending limit in Settings. Lowering it works at once; raising or removing it takes effect after a day.

Refunds

  • Chat answers: if an answer wasn't helpful, you can get its credits back from the answer's menu within 24 hours, up to 3 times a month.
  • Palm readings: if you're not happy, you can get the credits back from the reading.
  • Reports and the full Janam Patrika are delivered at once and can't be refunded, so please look through the free preview pages first.
  • Google Play payments: refunds of money are handled by Google Play under its refund policy. If Google Play refunds a purchase, the matching credits are removed from your wallet.
  • If something went wrong with a payment, email support@astroagni.com and we'll sort it out.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, to break or overload the service, to extract prompts or models, or to use it for anything unlawful. Reviews must be honest and must not contain links or phone numbers. We may remove reviews that break these rules.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you enter. You give us a limited licence to store and process it only to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. You may share answers and reports you receive for personal use.

Availability and changes

We work to keep AstroAgni reliable but can't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change features or prices for future purchases (never for an answer you've already been shown a price for), and update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept them.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, AstroAgni is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions you make based on content in the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). Unused credits are lost when you delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Governing law and grievances

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer rights where you live. For complaints, email support@astroagni.com; we reply within 48 hours.
