Lahiri (Chitrapaksha), the standard in India. The KP section uses the KP ayanamsa.

Can I make a kundli without my birth time?

Yes. AstroAgni makes it from your Moon sign. The lagna and houses need a birth time, but rashi, nakshatra and dasha still work.
